PPIH group diversity policy

The PPIH Group states in its corporate philosophy collection "The Source" that it recognizes and respects all forms of diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, gender, age, religion, disability, LGBTQ+ (sexual orientation and gender identity), or any other reason, and we show respect from each others' perspectives at all times.

In order to realize the corporate principle of "The Customer Matters Most," it is necessary to ensure customer affinity among employees and to establish a diversity-oriented organization that recognizes diversity. We respect each and every employee working for our Group, and based on an understanding of diverse lifestyles and values, we work to create an environment in which all employees, regardless of their attributes, are provided with equitable opportunities for employment, education, promotion and other processes and are able to play an active role as the individual they are.
