Promotion of diversity organization

Within the PPIH Group, the corporate culture of recognizing all forms of diversity is set forth in our collection of corporate philosophys, "The Source", and we provide training for employees to deepen their understanding of LGBTQ issues. By promoting the understanding of each individual in the workplace, we strive to recognize the diversity of personalities as well as encourage friendly rivalry in order to maximize their potential. Participants of the training receive original badges and stickers as proof of their attendance, and wear them of their own volition to show their understanding of LGBTQ issues and promote psychological reassurance to those involved.
