Mitsuyoshi Takeuchi

Mitsuyoshi Takeuchi is a Senior Executive Officer, Overseas Investor Relations Promotion and Recruiting. He joined Don Quijote Co., Ltd. in 1999. He was inspired to join our company by Tetsuya Karube, who was his classmate in high school, and is currently also serving as an executive officer. Mr. Karube left school a year earlier than Mr. Takeuchi, but he told Mr. Takeuchi about his life as a working adult and about his job, which seemed to be uniquely enjoyable, in contrast to their other classmates, and this was the reason that Mr. Takeuchi joined our company.
In 2008, Mr. Takeuchi served as the general manager of the Shinjuku branch and the Tokyo Chuo branch, and then as head of the Company Headquarters Sales Support Office in 2013. He became head of the President's Office in 2015. In 2017, he was appointed head of East Japan Sales Headquarters, and since 2019 he has embarked on business overseas as the president of Pan Pacific Retail Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
He always strives to put The Source into practice when it comes to his work--his personal style is to consider all the possibilities carefully and then act based on an all-encompassing perspective.
